GROUP STAGE DRAW NOT SHOWING - Play @ https://youtu.be/J8EhesE-wt8?si=vsfvPNVROwzfhpbw

PS7's 2025 Euro Super 7 will be a 16 player tournament based around the UEFA Women's 2025 European Championships due to take place in July 2025. Players have qualified based on their placings in our second season's Super Cup, League Cup, FA Cup, Champions Cup and Platinum League with their positions determining which pot they have been drawn a team from.

The higher you finished, the better quality of team you've been drawn from the pot in which you're placed.

Given the final placings, no play off matches were required to determine pot placings and all invites were accepted prior to the first match kick off.

The official player list is as follows...

Michael Clarke

Tom Barlow-Taylor

Ross Arnell-Smith

Brad Cartwright

Ben Knock

Luke Bradford

Shane Moore

Adam Smurthwaite

David Burtenshaw

Steve Pengelly

Robert McBride

Adam McNulty

Prince Sibisi

Irwin Naidoo

Matt Hill

Samantha Lane - replaces Callum Henson

So the draw determined which player was allocated which team.

All qualified players should be on the ES7 Whatsapp Group and we'll remind you of what you need to do as the tournament progresses.

We'll update the tables as often as we can and details of the knock out phase are expected to be released on Mon 14 Jul 2025.

The draw contained 4 pots, with Pot 1 containing the real competition's highest seeded teams, Pot 2 the next seeded teams and so on to Pot 3 and Pot 4.

Your drawn team determined the group in which you sit during the group stages and players were asked to predict the results (home win, away win or draw) from the competition's group stage matches, attracting a correct point for each.

The 2 highest scoring players will progress to the knock out phase, but should players be tied on points, knock out phase places will be allocated to those players whose real teams progress beyond the group stages or are the highest placed in the group stages. Note our usual league order rules will not apply to this competition.

The knock out phase, featuring the competition's quarter finals, semi finals and final, will see players have to predict the results of all of those games. Effectively a SUPER 7 of games. The player who scores the most points is the winner. In the event the end result is tied, the player whose drawn team progressed furthest in the competition will win.

Note only the knockout phase will have a featured match, the final, which will require an exact score prediction after 90 minutes + injury time.

Whilst this could result in a winner being determined at the conclusion of full time, it will go down to extra time and pens should the leaders be tied on points, as will need a player's drawn team to then win for that player to then win the trophy.

Upon conclusion of the competition, we will ask last season's summer tournament winner, Brad Cartwright, to return the summer tournament trophy. It will then be engraved and delivered to the winner upon official confirmation of the results. Brad won the 24 team 2024 Euro Super 7 beating Luke Bradford in the knock out phase by 5 points to claim our first Super 7 Summer Tourney title.
