PS7's 2025 FA Cup will now be an all player 4 round league competition which will see 1 winner lift the FA Cup trophy (or donate equivalent value to charity should they choose) and the winner and second placed player will qualify for our 2025 Summer Tournament Euro Super 7. If they have already qualified through another cup competition then the next highest placed players will qualify.

Players who receive a red card on a week where an FA Cup round is taking place, any points deduction will apply to their FA Cup points tally.

The players who have qualified for the opening round of the 2025 FA Cup are as follows...

Everyone in the league as of Week 10 who haven't been red carded or retired.

For each round, the normal league rules apply based on 7 matches chosen with 7 predictions needed and an exact score prediction. Effectively the points awarded are the same. So 1 for each correct prediction and 3 for the exact score, 1.5 pts being awarded if one part of the exact score is successfully predicted. See Section 4 of the rules for more into @ https://ps7league.com/rules. Also see Section 12 for how cup results order is also determined.

Upon conclusion of the FA Cup Final, if any player is tied on points with another and the normal league order results cannot determine a position (winner and any position determining a Euro Super 7 qualification place), then the player who was positioned highest in the league as of Week 10 gets the place. This rule assumes both players have drawn the same team. In the event 2 players have drawn different teams, from the published list below, then the player whose drawn team progresses furthest will get the place.

Meanwhile, as each Round features mainly cup related matches, some potentially going to extra time and PENS on the day, the Home/Away/Draw prediction will be the result after 90 minutes + injury time with the FEATURED score being the exact score at 90 minutes + injury time.

For The Semi Finals the featured match is expected to be Nottingham Forest v Manchester City with the FA Cup Semi Final Round proper taking place the last weekend in April 2025. Make sure you're getting your emails and Whatsapps to get everything you need for the Semi Finals but the sub-link is also available here.

As some fixtures are played mid week, whilst the deadline for submissions will be the usual Friday, confirmation of results could be delayed for some time, with the following week's Champions Cup reminder being sent at the usual time.

Further Rules...

Players who fail to submit an entry for a round in which they are competing will receive the corresponding due card award.

In the event one of the 7 selected matches for any round are postponed, assuming the same match takes place before the final, the awarding of points will occur after the match takes place. In the event that match takes place after the final, a new match will be added to a later round. This could result in some rounds having 2 featured matches assuming its a featured match which is postponed.

Please also note Rule 10 for Stewards Enquiries which can be raised in the event players wish to query published results. Prize confirmation and delivery is expected to occur in late May early June 2025.

Good Luck
